Meet The Team

Shelleigh-Mairi Ferguson
Owner | Therapist
Do you have a sense that you have no control over your life, thoughts, or feelings, causing you NOT to be an active participant in your own life? Do these feelings cause you to feel that you are drifting through life, becoming depressed and anxious?
My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space, to walk with you on your journey, explore aspects of the 'self' that you would like to build, and discover strengths that can be used in your present and future, in order to construct the life you desire. Remember, the steps you take don’t have to be big, they just have to be heading you in the right direction.
I take a creative, client-centered approach to therapy, utilizing narrative therapy, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT to help clients with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues. I can help you heal from past traumas, restore your sense of self-worth, and help change unhelpful thinking patterns, thus maximizing your potential.

Sundee Wassman-Vandiver
Owner | Therapist
Specializing in anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues, I work with adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Therapy.
Therapy should be a collaborative journey, with your chosen therapist serving as a navigator and guiding light. Together, we will use various methods and modalities tailored to your needs and tolerance.
Through assessment and evaluation, we will determine the necessary next steps to improve your quality of life and provide valuable lessons for the future.

Associate Social Worker
Addiction, compulsive behaviors, disordered eating, love, and sex issues cause enormous stress, guilt, and shame. If you keep asking yourself; Why can't I stop? What is wrong with me? Why do my relationships keep crashing and burning? I am the right therapist for you. I work with teens and adults struggling to understand their behavior. From a strengths-based, person-centered perspective, we will explore the root of your concerns and find out what you can do instead. I will not "fix you". Instead, we will work together to make sense out of confusion and discover what works best for you.
I draw on training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, Mindfulness, Somatic Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Non-Volent Communication, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as my own lived experience, to create treatment tailored to your needs.
You are doing the best you can with the skills you have right now, but I know you deserve so much more. I will balance compassion with accountability to support you and help you live your desired life. If you resonate with these concerns and think my approach may help you, Set up a free meet and greet; I look forward to hearing from you.

A kind, generous, and empathetic person by nature, I believe that the biggest sources of human resilience are love and hope. My work is rooted in a deep sense of compassion. I believe therapy is a unique space where you are met with non-judgmental and loving support, allowing you to express your full self without shame. In our sessions, I see my role as a companion-guide; I may set the tone and ask questions, but you are always the expert and the bringer of your own wisdom.
My primary goal is to build a relationship of trust and rapport, creating a safe space for you to gain insight, cultivate self-love, and begin to change the patterns that no longer serve you.
I welcome individuals and couples navigating a wide range of life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Acknowledging the courage it takes to seek support, I am committed to creating a space where your unique story can unfold and you can move toward a life with more connection and meaning.
Outside of the therapy room, I find grounding and inspiration in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, whether walking the paths of Greenlake or visiting Mount Rainier. I'm just as comfortable indoors with a good book or the latest TV show, and I believe that laughter is a vital part of life.
